Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved a grant of three lakh rupees for the treatment of Doris Francis, who is suffering from cancer. A resident of Ghaziabad Ms. Francis is well known for rendering voluntary services to manage traffic at a busy intersection on a National Highway. <br/><br/>Taking cognizance of media reports regarding her services and sickness, the Prime Minister's Office asked the hospital authorities to provide utmost care to the patient. Doris Francis, known as a traffic heroine, is undergoing treatment at AIIMS, New Delhi.
