<span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the reconstitution of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM). Noted economist Dr Bibek Debroy will be the Chairman of the seven-member Council. It has been constituted for a period of two years. The Council will analyze any issue, economic or otherwise, referred to it by the Prime Minister and advise him. It will also address issues of macroeconomic importance and present views thereon to the Prime Minister.</span><br />
