Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Amritsar, Punjab to attend the sixth Heart of Asia Ministerial Conference that will begin tomorrow in the presence of Prime Minister Modi and Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani. <br/><br/>Mr Modi along with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani will inaugurate the conference tomorrow. AIR correspondent reports that in view of the event, the holy city has been turned into a fortress with deployment of 11 companies of the paramilitary forces and over 5,000 policemen. Heart of Asia Process was launched in 2011 from Istanbul.
