Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the gathering of the Parivartan Rally in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh over phone. <br/><br/>AIR Correspondent reports that the Prime Minister decided to address the rally over Phone as his helicopter could not land at the venue due to dense fog. <br/><br/>A large number of people had gathered at the rally venue from Bahraich as well as neighbouring districts. <br/><br/>This was the fifth Parivartan Rally of the Prime Minister in Uttar Pradesh. Prior to it, he has addressed rallies at Ghazipur, Agra, Kushinagar and Moradabad.<br/><br/> After Bahraich, Mr Modi is scheduled to address one more rally in Kanpur on 19th of this month.
