Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for bridging the digital divide and ensuring that technology is accessible, affordable and adds value. <br/><br/>Addressing a gathering of about 200 CEOs of IT companies including Microsoft, Google and Adobe in San Jose, USA, he said digital India will transform governance by making it more transparent, accountable, accessible and participative. <br/><br/>He said mobile governance has the potential to make development a truly inclusive and comprehensive mass movement as it puts governance whit in every ones reach.
