Over 110 Officer Trainees of the 2016 batch of the Indian Police Service, today called on the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi in New Delhi. Interacting with the Officer Trainees, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of subjects such as a human approach in policing and technology. He recalled the sacrifices of over 33 thousand police personnel, who have laid down their lives since independence, in line of duty. The National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval, was present at the interaction.
