Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh today called on the President Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. According to Rashtrapati Bhavan press release, the meeting lasted for 40 minutes.

The Prime Minister briefed the President about the just concluded monsoon session of Parliament and his recent visit to Bangladesh. They also discussed various other issues of national and international importance.
