Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today met President Pratibha Devisingh Patil and discussed various issues including internal security and Indo-Pak matters ahead of his two-nation visit beginning tomorrow. <br/><br/>A Rashtrapati Bhavan spokesperson said the meeting lasted over an hour. <br/><br/>The two leaders discussed the second half of budget session which begins on the 15th of this month. <br/><br/>They also discussed about matters relating to rise in prices, internal security, Indo-Pak issues and other matters of national and international importance.<br/><br/>The two leaders also discussed the forthcoming visit of the Prime Minister to Washington for Nuclear Security Summit and Brazil for IBSA and BRIC Summit.<br/>
