Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh met the Indonesian President Susilo Yudhoyono in Jakarta today.

Six bilateral agreements on cooperation in the fields of health,illicit drug trafficking and preventing corruption among others were signed.

Strengthening the strategic partnership and defence relations particularly maritime security figured prominently in the talk between the two leaders.

Both the leaders reiterated their commitments to strengthen the existing friendly relations between the two countries.
