Prime Minister Narendra Modi has kick started poll campaign in Haryana today. Addressing a huge gathering in Karnal, Mr Modi held Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda responsible for poverty and less per capita income in the state. He said, his government wants to work for waste water management and smart cities and Haryana should be part of this development.

He accused the state government of having divisive agenda and lacking in development vision. The Prime Minister said, If people of Haryana want to develop their state, they should vote for BJP.
