A two day combined Armed Forces Commanders conference was inaugurated by the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in New Delhi this morning. Defence Minister Mr. A.K. Antony and 23 top commanders of armed forces are attending the conference. The Home Minister Mr. P. Chidambaram is also scheduled to address the annual conference of Army, Navy and Air Force commanders. Major external and internal security challenges are likely to be discussed at the conference .
