The Prime Minister has called a meeting this afternoon to review the preparations of the Commonwealth Games. The meeting comes in the wake of allegation of corruption and questions over the state of preparedness of the Commonwealth Games. Sports Minister M S Gill, Urban Development Minister Jaipal Reddy and the Chief Minister Sheila Dixit and others are expected to attend the meeting. The meeting comes a day after top brass of the Congress, including Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi met in New Delhi on Friday to discuss the issue.
