The Prime minister Dr Manmohan Singh met noted economists participating in the two day international conference on inclusive growth over a dinner last night. Official sources said, he exchanged views with them on some critical issues of development and economy. Meanwhile, the deliberations in the two day conference preparing a roadmap for achieving the objective of inclusive growth continue. Prominent among those who are participating in the conference include nobel laureate Prof Michael Spence of New York University and Prof Lant Princhett of Harvard university. Policy makers and entrepreneurs are also participating in the discussions organized by the finance ministry. In his inaugural address to the conference yesterday, Finance minister Pranab Mukherjee sounded a note of caution, saying huge foreign capital inflows could lead to financial instability.
