Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted the people of Odisha on the occasion of agricultural festival Nuakhai. In a tweet, Mr Modi hoped that the festival will further happiness in society. During Nuakhai, the farmers offer the first grain of the Kharif paddy to the presiding deity and then partake it with family.
