Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted people of China on their National Day today. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, there have been strong linkages between India and China for years and together both nations can make the world a much better place. He said, the growth of India and China offers a great opportunity to realize the dream of an Asian century.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister said his visit to China in May this year and Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to India in September last year covered significant ground in advancing the partnership. He also congratulated people of China for their active participation and enthusiasm during International Yoga Day.<br/><br/>Mr Modi expressed confidence that the Sino-Indian ties will become stronger in the years to come and the two nations will continue to work together for the common development and prosperity of humanity.
