The Prime Minister has greeted the nation on the occasion of the festival of Navroz, the Parsi New Year. <br/><br/>Dr Manmohan Singh said Navroz brings a message of hope and renewal and it reinforces the values of peace and religious harmony in India. <br/><br/>He said the festival is also a living symbol of the rich diversity and the vibrant composite culture of India.<br/><br/>
