The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh arrived in Chandigarh a short while ago. He was received by the Governors and Chief Ministers of both Punjab and Haryana at airport. Several other dignitaries from both the governments and union territory were also present at the airport to welcome the Prime Minister Dr. Singh.Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani on his arrival at the Chandigarh airport told media persons that his visit will bridge the gap between both the countries. He also extended his gratitude to the people of India for inviting him to see the match.
