Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh this morning flagged off four important projects in Bhutan including two on Hydro-power sectors. Earlier, he met his Bhutanese counterpart Jigme Y.Thinley in Thimphu and discussed the entire gamut of bilateral relations. <br/><br/>
