The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh expressed regret over the leakage of Liberahan Commission Report and said that it is unfortunate that it took place at a time when he was out of the country. Replying to a question while addressing a Press Conference in Washington , Dr. Singh said that the matter will be looked into as to how the report got leaked and he will talk to the Home Ministry and other officials about this once he returns to the country.
