Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the passing away of former Chief Justice of India S H Kapadia. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, Justice Kapadia was a fine legal mind who enriched the Indian judiciary. The Prime Minister said, his contribution will always be remembered.<br/><br/>In his condolence message, Information and Broadcasting Minister Arun Jaitley said, Mr Kapadia was a legal luminary who set the highest standards of ethics, integrity and hard work.<br/><br/>Justice Kapdia passed away in Mumbai yesterday night. He was 68 and is survived by wife, son and a daughter.
