Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief on the demise of Padmashri Dr Bhakti Yadav. <br/><br/>In a tweet, Mr Modi said, Dr. Bhakti Yadav's life epitomised the power of compassion and service and she is an inspiration for all. The Prime Minister said, his thoughts are with all those whose lives were positively impacted by her.<br/><br/>First woman doctor of Madhya Pradesh, Dr Bhakti Yadav passed away today at her residence in Indore following age-related ailments. She was 92. Dr Yadav had offered free treatment to patients for last 68 years. She was awarded Padmashri in April this year.
