Prime Minister Narendra Modi has exhorted the IAS probationers to recall Mahatma Gandhi's talisman of keeping in mind the welfare of the poorest of the poor while taking decisions. Mr Modi said this while interacting with 181 IAS probationers of the 2015 batch in New Delhi. <br/><br/>On the occasion, he also stressed on the importance of progress and connectivity in the North-East adding that if the North-East is developed, the entire country will march forward.
