Prime Minister has sanctioned an ex-gratia of two lakh rupees each from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund to the next of kin of the persons deceased in the blast outside Delhi High Court.He also announced one lakh rupees each to those who got seriously injured in the incident.Earlier in the day, Delhi Government announced a compensation of 4 lakh rupees to the next of the kin of those killed in the blast while those permanently incapacitated will get 2 lakh rupees.Apart from that, those seriously injured in the blast will get one lakh rupees while in case of any death of minor, the family will get 1.5 lakh rupees.People who received minor injuries will be given 10,000 rupees as a compensation.The compensation was announced after Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit visited the injured at the RML hospital.Talking to reporters, Mrs Diksht Termed the incident as very tragic and said that Government will provide all possible support to victims of the blast.She also directed the health department and hospital administration to provide best treatment to the injured who are being treated at hospitals in Delhi.
