The Prime Minister dedicated Pipavav Shipyard which has been set up on the Saurashtra coast of Gujarat to the nation. <br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, Dr Manmohan Singh said that India is destined to be a major trading nation of the world and ship building and management will enhance country's trade. <br/><br/>He said the development of Maritime infrastructure – ports, ship building and water transport have great importance to the progress of the country. <br/>
