Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has convened a meeting of the full Council of Ministers in New Delhi on Thursday. This is the first meeting of the Council of Ministers after its reshuffle on Sunday, in which 22 members took oath. Official sources said, the meeting of the Council of Ministers will be followed by the Union Cabinet.
