Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has congratulated Navinchandra Ramgoolam, Prime Minister of Mauritius, for the victory of his Labour Party-led alliance in the elections and said the relations between the two countries have stood the test of time. <br/><br/>In a letter to Ramgoolam, Prime Minister looked forward to working closely with him to further strengthen, diversify and enrich the mutually beneficial relationship in the coming years. The Prime Minister also extended an invitation to Ramgoolam to visit India. <br/>
