Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated the people of Chennai on the city's inclusion in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network for its rich musical tradition. <br/><br/>In a tweet, Mr. Modi said, Chennai's contribution to country's rich culture is precious and this is a proud moment for India. Chennai is the third Indian city on the list of UNESCO Creative Cities list after Jaipur and Varanasi.<br/><br/>
