Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh expressed confidence the India will grow at the rate of 9 per cent in the next fiscal. Replying to the debate on the motion of Thanks to the President's address in Lok Sabha, he said there is no need to panic about the food security situation and government is taking adequate steps to stabilise the food prices.
