Prime Minister Narendra Modi has condoled the demise of noted Hindustani classical vocalist Ustad Hussain Sayeeduddin Dagar. <br/><br/>In a tweet, Mr Modi said, the vocalist's contribution to Hindustani classical music will be remembered for generations. <br/><br/>Prime Minister said, people across India and the world were enthralled by the music of Ustad Hussain Sayeeduddin Dagar, an inspiration for music enthusiasts.<br/><br/>78 year old Ustad Dagar, maestro and custodian of the venerable Dhrupad tradition of Hindustani classical music and a member of the eminent Dagar family, passed away in Pune late last night after a brief illness.
