Prime Minister Narendra Modi has wrapped up his two-day visit to Russia. On his way back home from Moscow, Mr Modi arrived in Kabul to inaugurate the new building of Afghan Parliament. <br/><br/>It has been constructed by India at a cost of about 90 million US dollars. During his special stopover in Kabul, the Prime Minister will hold meeting with Afghan leadership.
