The Prime Minister today called upon the youth to work towards meeting the real challenges before the country. Addressing the NCC rally in New Delhi today, Dr. Manmohan Singh said that the challenge of true leadership is not just to motivate to achieve but also to include the weakest link in the chain. Praising the role of country's young men and women, Dr. Singh said that the NCC plays an important role in inculcating sense of national integration and discipline. The Prime Minster observed that the diversity in the society does not cause differences but is in fact is a source ofvitality.The Prime Minister opined that NCC should set an example of working with local community for their uplift.
