Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has said there are some leads to the terror attack outside Delhi High Court but it is too early to say which group is behind the incident. He was talking to media persons on board last night on his return from Dhaka to New Delhi last night.

Replying to a question about a sense of insecurity among the people since the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, Dr. Singh said the government had put in place several mechanisms and innovative measures but there are obviously unresolved problems and weaknesses in the system and the terrorists are taking advantage of that.

He said the government must work hard to plug those weaknesses. The Prime Minister called upon the political parties to end mutual bickerings and mutual recriminations and work together to combat the problem of terrorism.
