Prime Minister Narendra Modi today called people of Bihar to install a strong NDA government in the state to provide good governance. He said, NDA government will build a new Bihar and change the fate of the people. <br/><br/>Addressing Parivartan rally at Saharsa, Mr. Modi said during past six month, law and order in the state has badly deteriorated and the people of the state are afraid of what he called the 'jungle raj'. Attacking Nitish Kumar, Mr. Modi said Bihar has been ruined due to arrogant attitude of its leaders. <br/><br/>Prime Minister said he was very much concerned about people of this region when there was Kosi deluge in 2008. Mr. Modi said, as Chief Minister of Gujarat, he had sent 5 crore rupees for flood victim of Kosi, but Nitish Kumar had returned the amount ignoring its values. <br/><br/>Prime Minister said such arrogant leader could not improve the state. Questioning RJD, JD(U) tie up with Congress, Mr. Modi said Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad has made alliance with Congress which was responsible for sending Jai Prakash Narayan to jail.
