The Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh arrived in Kochi this morning on a two day visit to Kerala. He was received at the naval airport Kochi by the Kerala Governor H R Bhardwarj, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, Kochi Mayor Tony Chemmani and other dignitaries. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the emerging Kerala 2012 Investor meet after short while .In the evening, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation for the South Indian Performing Arts Museum at the Kerala Kalamandalam Deemed University for Art and Culture at Cheruthuruthy in Thrissur district. Dr Singh will lay the foundation for the Kochi Metro Rail project and will also inaugurate the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Kerala Union of Working Journalists in Kochi tomorrow.
