The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh today arrived in Kabul on a two-day visit to Afghanistan during which he will discuss terrorism, regional development and ways to step up India's assistance to the war-torn country. Dr. Singh was received at Kabul airport by Afghan Foreign Minister Zalmay Rasoul and Defence Minister Abdul Rahim Wardak and other senior officials. AIR correspondent reports, Dr. Singh is visiting Afghanistan after six years. His first visit was in 2005.
