Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh arrives in Brazil from Wasington tomorrow as capital Brasilia is all set to welcome the Heads of India, South Africa, China and Russia for the IBSA and BRIC summit. The summit will begin tomorrow. <br/>Dr Singh will begin his day in Brazil with a bilateral meeting with the Chinese President Hu Jintao. Later, Dr Singh will hold bilateral talks with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. <br/>Brazil and South Africa will explore the feasibility of launching an IBSA satellite. Indian Ambassador to Brazil B.S. Prakash told this to AIR correspondent in an interview in Brasilia. Prakash said that IBSA satellite is on the agenda of the Grouping of these countries which takes place in Brazilia tomorrow. The data to be supplied by this satellite will be very useful for all the three countries as they are fastest developing and emerging economies. Our correspondent says India has the expertise in space research hence it is poised to play a bigger role in this project.<br/> Earlier,The Prime Minster wrapped up his visit to Washington on Tuesday telling a press conference that India will resume dialogue with Pakistan on all issues if concrete and effective action is taken against those behind the Mumbai terror attacks. The Prime Minister made it clear that there is no need for the mediation of the US or any other country in Indo – Pak affairs. <br/> The Prime Minister said that India and China are working very hard to find a practical and pragmatic solution to the border problem. He said, both the countries have agreed that pending the resolution of the border issue, peace and tranquility should be maintained along the line of control and by and large that is the situation that remains on the ground. He said the economic content of their relationship has increased significantly and it is moving in the right direction.
