The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh arrived in Ahmedabad today on a day long visit to Gujarat. Dr.Singh will deliver the convocation speech at 46th Annual Convocation Ceremony of Indian Institute of Management- Ahmedabad this evening. AIR Ahmedabad Correspondent reports, Dr. Singh will be the third Indian Prime Minister to deliver the convocation speech at IIM-Ahmedabad after Mrs. Indira Gandhi and P.V.Narsimha Rao . The Prime Minister will also visit the Space Application Centre-SAC-at Ahmedabad and address the gathering of space scientists.
