Civil nuclear cooperation and ways to step up bilateral trade and economic ties are expected to come up during the talks between the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and the visiting Canadian Prime Minister Mr. Stephen Harper in New Delhi today. AIR correspondent reports that India and Canada will also ink agreements for enhancing cooperation in vital sectors of the economy. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper who is on a six-day visit to India reached New Delhi on Monday. An Official spokesperson in the Ministry of External Affairs said the two sides hope to take forward the 2010 India-Canada nuclear deal apart from finding ways to boost cooperation in key bilateral areas.
