Kyrgyzstan's Prime Minister Daniyar Usenov with his entire cabinet resigned last night and fled to neighbouring Kazakhstan. Anti-government protesters have seized the Parliament and clashed with security forces in which at least 40 people were killed and over 400 injured.Interfax news agency reported from capital Bishkek that Usenov signed his cabinet's resignation and handed over the powers to the leader opposition in Parliament Roza Otunbayeva.Later in a statement Otunbayeva declared that the power in this of Central Asian republic has been assumed by the government of popular trust.
