Prime Minister Narendra Modi said development is the only mantra to solve problems and the election in Bihar is to choose between Vikas Raj and Jungle Raj. Addressing an election meeting at Sitamarhi Mr. Modi said the election will decide the future of Bihar so people have to be very conscious about their votes. <br/><br/>He appealed to people to reject those who are hungry of power and promote jungle raj.
