Speaking at Bharatiya Janata Party's parivartan rally today in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister said, corruption has snatched rights of the poor and it has been the root of all ills and appealed to people to stand with him in the fight against these evils. <br/><br/>The Prime Minister said, after demonetization the corrupt and black money holders are suffering and the poor are enjoying. He said after note ban move, black money is coming out and the corrupt are depositing it into the accounts of the poor. He asked the poor not to withdraw money deposited by blackmarketeers in Jandhan accounts. <br/><br/>Mr Modi said, he is planning to make some arrangements so that corrupt people, who have deposited black money in Jan Dhan accounts, are jailed and the account holders are benefitted. He said, the honest have queued up outside banks and corrupt are standing outside houses of poor after demonetisation. <br/><br/>The Prime Minister urged people, especially the youth to help make India a cashless economy. He said people should make maximum use of mobile phones for banking transactions adding that e-banking will eradicate corruption from the country. <br/><br/>Mr Modi said, there is no adverse impact of demonetisation on agriculture as sowing of crops has increased compared to the last year. Without naming anyone, Mr Modi said parties in power in the past had worked only for themselves and for their near ones, but not for the poor. He said to eradicate poverty from the country, it has to be removed first from big states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra and West Bengal. He said development is the solution to all problems in the country.
