Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address to district collectors through video-conferencing last evening on the theme 'New India – Manthan' and asking them to prepare vision documents for their districts, several collectors spoke to AIR about preparations for the document. <br/><br/>Sivsagar Deputy Commissioner Narayan Konwar said that speech of Prime Minister has motivated district officials and they would work to achieve the goals by 2022.<br/><br/>The commercial hub of Nagaland, Dimapur District is all geared up for the New India Manthan initiative. Dimapur Deputy Commissioner Mr. Kesonyu Yhome said the district will give prime importance on Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), good governance, GST, delivery of schemes and poverty alleviation at grassroot levels.
