A Delhi court today dismissed BJP leader Vijay Jolly's plea against the Delhi Police application for withdrawal of a 2008 poll code violation case against Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. Metropolitan Magistrate Vijeta Singh rejected Jolly's plea to be allowed to intervene in the court proceeding and oppose the police application. Jolly had made the plea saying he had been directly affected in the matter as he had lost the 2008 assembly polls against Dikshit.””””
