In China, nine people were killed and two injured when an operation platform collapsed at a power plant in Guangdong Province today. Sources with the local government of the outer Conghua District said the accident happened in the morning at an under construction Thermal Power Plant in the provincial capital Guangzhou. The Government has launched an investigation.
