<span style="color: #222222;">Housing and Urban Affairs Secretary Durga Shanker Mishra has said that planning for the National Capital Region-2041 should be citizen-centric. Chairing the inaugural conclave on National Capital Region-2041, in New Delhi, Mr Mishra said, land is the biggest challenge today and that planners should think of ways to make optimum use of existing land.
