Planning Commission has approved an Annual Plan Outlay of 20,358 crore rupees for 2011-2012 for Haryana. This represents an increase of 11.49 percent over last year’s Plan Outlay. According to Haryana Government spokesman the Plan Outlay was approved at a meeting between Deputy Chairman Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia and Hatryana Chief Minister Bhupender Singh Hooda.
