Indian Air Force plane carrying President Pranab Mukherjee to Chennai has returned to Delhi after developing technical snag mid-air. The president was going to Chennai to pay his last respects to Jayalalithaa.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, a seminar on Geeta Jayanti began at Kurukshetra University, which was earlier to be inaugurated by President Pranab Mukherjee. Scholars belonging to different religions from all over the country and abroad are participating in it. Two minutes silence was observed to pay homage to Jayalalithaa during the seminar.
