The planning commission has extended by three years the completion of Tarali Irrigation Project in Maharashtra. An official release says, the project costing over 870 crore rupees has now to be completed by the 31st of March 2015. Earlier the state government had requested the commission for extending the time period for completion of project without any increase in the cost of the project.
