Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal today launched centre's Integrated Power Development Scheme ( IPDS) in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh.<br/><br/>Launching the scheme the Minister said the aim of the scheme is to ensure availability of electricity to all. He said this is one of the most important schemes of Narendra Modi Government.<br/><br/>Mr Goyal underlined that most of the funds for development in eastern states including UP and Bihar has already been given.
