Mr Goyal announced that the remaining 10.6 Kilometers starches of East-West Metro will be completed by December 2021.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Goyal also launched and dedicated several other Railway projects for West Bengal from the same venue.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">More than 2,400 crore rupees have been spent for first phase of East-West Metro.
